Our services
Surface Treatment Process
After the workpiece is removed from the machine, a series of manual or automatic processes are performed.
The purpose is to improve the surface quality and functionality of the model to meet specific design and technical requirements.
Using color adjustment and adjusting the spray gun nozzle airflow to allow the paint to adhere to the surface of the workpiece in a mist form, presenting an orange peel texture.
A variety of effects can be created by adding silver powder, gold oil, or other paints.
(glossy, matte, semi-matte, etc.)

Using compressed air as power, the material is sprayed at high speed onto the workpiece surface to facilitate cleaning and deburring, creating different matte effects depending on the grain size.

Utilizing special liquid dyes, immerse acrylic in the dye through a heating method, allowing it to fully penetrate and solidify to impart rich colors.
Widely applied to workpieces such as car lights and warning lights.

Using flexible tools, abrasive particles, or other media to modify the surface of the workpiece to reduce surface light scattering, such as mirror-reflected light (reflective) technology.
Starting from grinding, progressing from coarse to fine, the difficulty depends on the material.

Also known as silk screen. A screen made of nylon or metal mesh is used, and ink is printed onto the workpiece through the mesh openings.
Commonly applied to print trademarks or various icons.

Using laser beams to engrave surfaces, a process for creating patterns or adjusting depth.
Commonly used for engraving trademarks, phrases, or designs.
Achieving various effects depending on laser depth and material differences.

Also known as hairline processing.
Using the depth and directionality of grinding to make the surface appear hair-like, achieving a decorative effect.
Enhances texture and gives the model a unique appearance and feel.

Surface treatment by electrolyzing metal in an electrolyte.
The most widely used is anodizing aluminum.
Giving metal surfaces properties such as protection, decoration, insulation, and wear resistance.
After anodizing, the metal surface can be further dyed to change its appearance.

Utilize electrochemical principles to deposit a layer of metal on the surface of metals or other conductive objects.
Can enhance the appearance of metals, provide protection, improve corrosion resistance, and adjust the conductivity of workpieces. Commonly used in manufacturing, automotive industries, electronics, etc.
