塑膠模型(Plastic Model)

啞光、拋光、髮絲紋、噴漆、噴砂、印刷、染色、電鍍

金屬模型(Metal Model)

加工材料 :

AL6061、AL5052、AL7075、SUS303、SUS304、SUS316、SUS420、S45C、鋅合金Zamak3、黃銅 C2680、紅銅 C1100等金屬。

表面處理 :

噴砂、鋁陽極、髮絲紋、鋁圈車亮、電著、電鍍等。

外觀模型(Mockup)

用途 :

驗證產品外觀設計的實體模型。常用於拍攝型錄、展覽和外觀檢討。評估產品的外觀、色彩、質感、形狀和大小。

目的:

讓設計評估者、工程師實際檢視產品並評估整體視覺效果。

機構模型(Working sample)

用途:

驗證產品外觀設計的實體模型。
是一種展示機械構、運動部件和工作原理的實物模型。

目的:

演示機械裝置、機構設計或產品的運作方式,以便更清楚理解其功能和結構,有助於設計過程中的問題解決。

真空注型(Vacuum Casting)

用於製作小批量塑膠零件的製造過程。
將產品原型以矽膠翻製模具, 再填以樹脂真空成型。
在短時間內生產小批量工件。為試產、原型製作的理想選擇。

優點:

矽膠模具的製作時間短、成本低,適合1-20件產品的小批量生產。

缺點:

模具僅能存放3個月,視工件結構及複雜度而定。
精度低於CNC加工,且有3/1000的縮水率。
可使用的材料相對有限。(仿ABS、仿透明、仿橡膠、矽膠)

3D列印(3D Printing)

技術正名為「積層製造」,是一種快速製造技術。
基本原理是將數位模型轉換為實際物體,通過逐層堆疊或固化材料來實現。
廣泛應用於原型製作、小批量生產、訂製品以及各領域的研究和開發。
優點在於實現複雜幾何結構、快速製造、減少材料浪費以及提供高度的客製化彈性。

模具射出(Injection Molding)

又稱為注塑成型,生產方法為將高溫熔化之塑膠透過高壓及機械帶動注入射出至模具中。

是一種高效、快速且成本較低的製程,適用於大量生產。
常用於生產各種塑膠製品,包括日用品、電子產品外殼、汽車零件等。

板金雷射 (Sheet Metal Laser Cutting)

是一種使用激光技術來裁剪和切割金屬板材的過程。
廣泛應用於製造業,例如汽車製造、航空航天、電子設備等領域。

Surface treatment:

Sand Blasting、Anodize、Hair- line、Electrophoretic Deposition、Electroplate, and so on.

Mockup

用途 :

Mockup used to test the product’s appearance design. Often used for catalogs, exhibitions and appearance reviews.

Evaluate the appearance, color, texture, shape and size of the product.

目的:

The purpose is to allow design evaluators and engineers to actually view the product and evaluate the overall visual effect.

Working sample

用途:

Working sample used to test the design of internal mechanisms.
It is a kind of model to show the mechanical structure, moving parts and working principle.

目的:

The purpose is to demonstrate mechanical device, mechanical design or the operation of the product. 

In order to understand its function and structure more clearly, it helps to solve problems during the design process.

Vacuum Casting

This manufacturing process used to make small quantities of plastic parts.
Prototypes are molded in silicone and then filled with resin for vacuum molding.
Produces small quantities in a short period of time. 

Ideal for trial production and prototyping.

Advantage:

Silicone molds are very suitable for small-lot production of 1-20 pieces because of their short production time and low cost.

Disadvantage:

Molds can only be stored for 3 months, depending on the structure and complexity of the workpiece.
Precision is lower than CNC machining and has a shrinkage rate of 3/1000.
The materials that can be used for vacuum molding are relatively limited, and the materials that can be used for vacuum molding are ABS, PC, imitation rubber, and silicone.

3D Printing

3D Printing is a rapid manufacturing technology known as “Layered Manufacturing”.
The basic principle is to convert a digital model into an object by stacking or curing materials layer by layer.
Widely used in prototyping, small-lot production, customized products, and research and development in various fields.
Advantages include the realization of complex geometries, fast fabrication, reduced material waste, and a high degree of customizable elasticity.

Injection Molding

It’s also known as injection molding. 

The production method is injecting high temperature melted plastic into a mold through high-pressure and mechanically driven injection.

It’s an efficient, fast and low-cost process, suitable for mass production.
Commonly used in the production of various plastic products, including daily necessities, housing for electronic products, automobile parts, and so on.

Sheet Metal Laser Cutting

It’s a process that uses laser technology to cut and slice sheet metal.
Widely used in manufacturing industries, such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and electronic equipment and other fields.
